Technically, the Edox works perfectly and has been freshly serviced: (284°; +14s/d).
The watch shows hardly any signs of use. There are no deep scratches, dents, or the like; the glass is scratch-free.
Edox still manufactures watches by hand in Les Genevez, Switzerland.
In the 1950s, Edox was one of the 10 most successful providers. largest watchmakers in Switzerland and produced the most mechanical movements.
In 1971, the "Edox Geoscope" offered here was introduced, the world's first world time watch. The depiction of the world time globe on the dial rotates once every 24 hours around its own axis and precisely and mechanically shows the time of all 24 different time zones.
In water motorsport, the Edox brand is the official timekeeper of numerous events such as the Extreme Sailing Series as well as the official timekeeper of the Paris-Dakar Rally.
