Technically, the Omega works perfectly and has been recently serviced: (302°; +9s/d).

The watch shows hardly any signs of use. There are no deep scratches, dents, or the like; the glass is scratch-free.

Omega SA was founded in 1848 in Switzerland and is today a subsidiary of the Swatch Group based in Biel.

Founded in 1848 by the 23-year-old Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds for the production of watch parts under the brand name "Louis Brandt," the name Omega first appeared in 1894 for a newly developed watch caliber. To this day, the company has developed many innovative watches and models that are now known worldwide, such as Constellation, Seamaster, Speedmaster and De Ville.

Omega is the last letter of the Greek alphabet and stands for exceptional quality and metaphorically for "perfection." As one of the highest quality brands worldwide, the brand has many fans and the recognition of experts for the construction of watches for special applications such as sports, aviation, and professional diving watches.

At the Summer Olympics, Omega has been the official timekeeper for all Olympic disciplines since 1932 in Los Angeles through London 2012 and Rio 2016. In space travel, the Omega Speedmaster Professional was selected by NASA as the official astronaut watch to this day, including for the Apollo 11 mission, and was thus the first watch worn on the moon. For fans of James Bond films, there has been a regular reunion since 1995, the beginning of Omega's official sponsorship of the films – from 'GoldenEye' in 1995 to 'Casino Royale' in 2006.

In the series of well-known brand ambassadors, we see Michael Schumacher, George Cloonery, and Cindy Crawford. Several special editions of the Speedmaster were even released for Michael Schumacher.
